When you pay for our service subscription we process your payment information.

If you contact us in relation to any of the Services (via email), We may collect and retain your contact details and your communication for the purpose of handling your query and keeping records of communications.

  • When you are making a payment
    If you make a purchase your payment data will be processed via our payment service provider Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle Payments Limited of Limerick House, Limerick Lane, Newbridge, Kildare, Ireland). Payment data will solely be processed through Paddle and we have no access to any Payment Data you may submit but we may see payment information and payment confirmations. The legal basis for the provision of a payment system is the establishment and implementation of the user contract for the use of the service.

  • Promotional use of your data

    Paddle
    We also use use Paddle to draw your attention to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via email. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest. These emails are managed by our contracted service provider Paddle. Any direct email by Paddle is sent on our behalf and will provide you with the opportunity to opt out or exclude yourself.

    Insofar as you have given us your separate consent to process your data for marketing and advertising purposes, we are entitled to contact you for these purposes via the communication channels you have given your consent to. Direct Marketing generally takes the form of email using eSputnik (RETENTION YES SP. Z.O.O 02-972, voivodeship Mazovetsky, Warsaw city, Adama Branickiego Street, No. 21, office U3 Poland). These forms of contact will be managed by us. Every directly addressed marketing sent or made by us or on our behalf will include a means by which you may unsubscribe or opt out. 8. RETENTION TIME

  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s contract will be retained for the duration of the contract.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

Image Upscaler may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.


Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
